Bathroom Tile Art

Fake green plants for bathroom?
We have recently remodeled our bathroom. It is fairly small. We painted the walls a very light yellow-cream color. The tile is a neutral colored stone look. The medicine cabinet is 36" and has no frame. The vanity has a marble top and is an olive green color. It's small and has an antique look to it. We decided to use tones of brown, such as the floor rugs, shades for the window, and shower curtain. We have a abstract piece of metal art we are going to hang. Everything seems to go together well, but there is about a 2 1/2 foot space on the floor from the door to the vanity. It looks bare and needs something there. We can't put anything higher than a foot, so we thought a plant might work. What are your opinions'? Would a fake plant look okay in a bathroom? It would have to be around a foot high and preferably a foot and a half to two feet wide. If anyone knows where I could find something along those lines, any info would be great.
It would need to be a nice looking fake plant.
